Thingz is a coordination layer that sits above your existing tools — Slack, Teams, Asana, HubSpot and more. It tracks actions and commitments across team boundaries and company boundaries, so nothing falls through the cracks. It is designed for operations directors, COOs, project managers, and anyone responsible for making sure things actually get done.
Yes — Thingz is free during the early access period. Access is limited to a defined number of seats. Early access users may benefit from preferential conditions when paid plans are introduced. See our Terms of Service for details.
No. Only the person managing actions — the orchestrator — needs a Thingz account. Everyone else receives a notification in their existing tool (Slack, Teams, or email) and responds with one click. No login, no onboarding, no behaviour change required.
Thingz currently integrates with Microsoft Teams, Slack, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and Chrome. HubSpot and Asana integrations are available. Jira, Monday, Salesforce, and more are coming soon. See the integrations section on the homepage for the full list.
Yes — this is one of Thingz's core strengths. External users such as clients, suppliers, and partners never need a Thingz account. They receive a card in their own tool and respond with one click. External users are always free.
