We work with a small number of teams to shape Thingz. Selected design partners get the full feature set, beta features included, free for 6 months, in exchange for real usage and regular feedback. For B2B teams that coordinate across several teams or with external partners.

Team size is the number of internal people you coordinate with Thingz: Admins, Project Managers and Project Members, whether or not they log into the app. Each one comes with a Stakeholder slot for a client, partner or supplier, who responds via Teams, Slack or email without a Thingz account. Additional Stakeholder slots are available on request. Contact us.

Thingz is currently in early access. Customers who subscribe during this period benefit from their pricing locked for 12 months. After that, we will give 60 days notice before any pricing change applies.
Each plan includes a monthly AI token allowance for Carson. The allowance scales with your team size: every team member adds a base amount to your monthly balance. For most teams, this is more than enough and the limit will never be reached. If you do hit the ceiling, you can top up directly from your billing settings. You can also disable AI features entirely to prevent any unexpected usage.
Yes. You can adjust your team size at any time from your billing settings. Changes are prorated.
