Thingz is a coordination layer that sits above your existing tools — Slack, Teams, Asana, HubSpot and more. It tracks actions and commitments across team boundaries and company boundaries, so nothing falls through the cracks. It is designed for operations directors, COOs, project managers, and anyone responsible for making sure things actually get done.
Every workspace starts with a free 30-day trial, all features included. After that, pricing depends on your team size, see our pricing page. Selected teams can join our design partnership and use Thingz for free. Apply here. See our Terms of Service for details.
Mostly no. Admins and Project Managers typically use the app. Project Members and Stakeholders can work entirely from their existing tools (Teams, Slack or email) and respond with one click. No login, no onboarding, no behaviour change required.
Thingz currently integrates with Microsoft Teams, Slack (beta), Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, HubSpot (beta), Asana (beta) and Jira (beta), plus Chrome, Firefox and Edge browser extensions. Excel is coming soon. See the integrations section on the homepage for the full list.
Yes, this is one of Thingz's core strengths. Stakeholders such as clients, suppliers and partners never need a Thingz account. They receive a card in their own tool and respond with one click. Each team member includes one Stakeholder slot. Additional Stakeholder slots are available on request, contact us.
