Stakeholders are clients, partners or suppliers who receive and respond to hacktions via Teams, Slack or email without a Thingz account. Additional external seat slots will be available for purchase in the future.

You choose to subscribe or not. No automatic charge. If you subscribe during early access, your pricing is locked in at the early bird rate.
Thingz is currently in early access. Customers who subscribe during this period benefit from their pricing locked for 12 months. After that, we will give 60 days notice before any pricing change applies.
Each plan includes a monthly AI token allowance for Thingz AI and Carson. The allowance scales with your seat count: every paid seat adds a base amount to your monthly balance. For most teams, this is more than enough and the limit will never be reached. If you do hit the ceiling, you can top up directly from your billing settings. You can also disable AI features entirely to prevent any unexpected usage.
Yes. You can adjust your seat count at any time from your billing settings. Changes are prorated.
